Users and partners will reach out to this team if they face any issue related to orders or inventory movement 3. Candidate should be proficient in understanding process, data, and tool issues 4. Engage with logistics partners and users for understanding the issues and provide resolution 5. Support needs to be provided through Service Now ticket management tool 6.
