Full Time GTM Systems - SFDC Architect (Colombia) We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Fractional GTM Systems Consultant – SFDC Architect to support our clients in building and optimizing their Go-To-Market (GTM) technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing system-level solutions. You will serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, helping clients streamline their GTM operations by aligning business processes with scalable, data-driven systems—primarily within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem. This is a fractional, remote opportunity that requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of revenue operations. Location: Remote - Colombia Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm MST Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment & Discovery Collaborate with GTM leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs. Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans. Architect, configure, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) to align with client-specific GTM processes. Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms. Design scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows. Process Improvement & Documentation Analyze existing GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption. Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the GTM tech stack. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Ensure clean data capture, proper attribution, and reliable reporting structures across systems. Client Enablement & Support Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role. Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) configuration, optimization, and administration. Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically within a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a consulting or agency environment with multiple concurrent clients. Knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling within Salesforce.
