A Day in the Life We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Contract Analyst to join our team and support the end-to-end contract management process. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, negotiating, and managing both standard and nonstandard contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and customer requirements. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate accurate contract execution and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related areas 1 or more years proven customer service, backoffice, administrative support or supply chain experience Advance English level Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook,Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Communication skills Negotiation skills Team player Customer service skills Reporting skills Nice to Have ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP or Oracle). Demonstrated systems experience (Excel, Access, Business Objects, etc.). Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal). Demonstrated negotiation/influence management skills--positively resolving conflict. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; Highly flexible to changing business needs. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
