Purpose: The Director is a recognized leader in developing and executing comprehensive health economics and market access strategies, supporting our commercial goals and ensuring effective access to pharmaceuticals globally. Main responsibilities: Plan and oversee programs that promote key account management, fostering relationships with agency leaders to enhance satisfaction and retention. Advise on health priorities and legislative impacts affecting market access. Develop policies and strategic goals aligned with stakeholder values, providing data-driven insights. Lead economic research initiatives and evaluate product value through research. Manage operational aspects of teams, including budgets, performance, and compliance, and develop workforce plans. Guide managers and senior contributors, conducting career development and coaching. Create a purpose-driven environment aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership principles. Qualifications: Experience in pharmaceutical industry or health insurance management. Knowledge of treatments for chronic and high-cost conditions. Understanding of the local health system and market access landscape. Familiarity with health economics and technology assessment principles. Ability to analyze medical and health economics literature. Skills in data analysis and market information integration. Integrity and adherence to Credo values.
