Responsibilities: - Manage the project management of key global talent acquisition transformation initiatives—from planning to execution. - Develop detailed project plans, track dependencies, and drive accountability across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of global TA transformation projects. - Build high-quality decks, leadership briefings, and program updates that synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders. - Serve as the connective tissue across Talent Acquisition, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution across programs, systems, and regions. - Support the design, rollout, and adoption of enterprise-wide recruiting programs by coordinating pilots, gathering feedback, and ensuring consistent global implementation. As a trusted partner to leadership, you will anticipate needs, prepare materials, and ensure priorities are advanced with urgency, clarity, and precision. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - Fluent in English - Five years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition programs and operations Key qualifications include proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines, skilled in creating executive-level materials that clearly communicate goals, progress, and outcomes, and strong experience supporting global HR programs across early talent, direct labor, professional, and executive recruiting.
