Conduct market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics, ensure business data and reporting needs are met, and confirm revenue received is consistent with expectations. **ConditionsÂ** - Basic Salary: 2.700.000 COP (After two months in the position your salary would be 3.000.000 COP - Bonifications: Up to 300.000 COP - Schedule: 48h per Week (Monday to Saturday) - Days off: based on ops needs - Hybrid **ProfileÂ** - Strategic thinker and tactical implementer  - Should possess leadership abilities and skill, such as the ability to build teams and manage operational and organizational elements  - Ability to influence and motivate others  - Superior written and verbal communication skills  - Must have strong technical, people management, implementation, and process improvement skills.  - Proven ability to manage people, processes, and technology **Responsabilities** - Review and audit billing and collection processes to ensure the accuracy and precision of recorded revenues. - Identify and analyze potential revenue leakage and develop strategies and controls to prevent it. - Perform revenue reconciliations between internal and external systems to ensure consistency and integrity of financial data. - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance and operations, to identify and resolve revenue discrepancies. - Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to revenue management to ensure compliance with internal regulations and standards. - Perform trend analysis and revenue projections to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Participate in the implementation and improvement of systems and tools related to revenue management. - Evaluate and validate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommendations to minimize risks associated with revenue. - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations related to revenue for senior management and other stakeholders. - Perform pricing and rate analysis to determine the profitability and competitiveness of products or services offered - Monitor and evaluate changes in the market and competition to recommend pricing adjustments and positioning strategies. - Develop and maintain models and tools for calculating and tracking pricing, including discounts, promotions, and tiered pricing structures. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to establish consistent and effective pricing policies. - Conduct cost analysis studies to identify opportunities for optimization and pricing efficiencies. - Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on profit margins and perform profitability projections. - Participate in the management of contracts and pricing agreements with customers and suppliers. - Monitor and analyze pricing performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. - Collaborate with the product development team to assess the value and impact of new offerings on pricing strategy. - Keep up to date on industry pricing trends and practices, as well as pricing related regulations and policies.
