Our Proposal We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer - QA Engineer to use their knowledge of the IT Operations industry and products, operating systems, as well as their expertise in QA testing deep into the systems level of the software stack. Your main responsibilities will be: IT Operations Expertise: Become a product expert across our IT Ops solutions, understanding user needs and providing feedback on usability and functionality. Execute manual and automated testing to ensure flawless releases across platforms. Design, implement, and maintain test plans , test cases, and documentation. Analyze application logs , diagnose issues, and escalate or resolve them as needed. Ensure defects are clearly documented for engineering teams. Propose improvements to testing practices, tools, and processes. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA peers throughout the SDLC. 🧩 What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing 5+ years in technical support, system administration, or product support role Experience with at least two of the following OS : Windows, Mac, or Linux – including system internals like Windows Registry and system settings Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar Experience working with Jira (Jira Xray is a plus) Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases Comfortable working with REST APIs , using tools like Postman Experience setting up and managing virtual machines (e.g., Hyper-V, ESXi) Advanced English – ability to communicate with global teams and document findings effectively ⭐ Nice-to-Have Experience: Mobile app testing for iOS/Android (for MDM-related work) Understanding of TCP/IP protocols like SNMP, ICMP, DNS Experience in network hardware or network monitoring tools Prior experience in fast-paced product or SaaS environments What do we offer?
