Position Overview: Sagan represents a founder-operator supporting a portfolio of fast-moving companies across SaaS, digital media, health tech, and startup services. The environment is entrepreneurial and lean, with no shortage of variety. Youll work directly with the founder to bring structure, speed, and automation across multiple business lines. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain workflows using n8n (preferred), with some exposure to tools like Zapier or Make - Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns in HubSpot, based on provided strategy and copy - Create light dashboards and performance trackers using Google Sheets and automated inputs - Identify and implement opportunities for process automation across multiple business units - Set up and manage internal tools, systems, and vendor accounts - Handle ad hoc projects or ops tasks with minimal guidance Qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, automation, or sales enablement - Familiarity with n8n or a similar automation platform (Zapier, Make, etc.) - Experience working in CRMs like HubSpot and productivity tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion - Strong written communication and ability to self-direct - Resourceful, organized, and good at managing shifting priorities Nice-to-Haves: - Background supporting founders or early-stage companies - Familiarity with Canva and GPT tools for quick content or creative tasks - Previous experience in digital media, SaaS, or consulting environments Resume Submission Guidelines: To help us review your application efficiently, please submit your resume in text-based PDF format only.
