About the Role: Customer Success Specialist We are looking for a highly energetic and results-driven Customer Success Specialist based in Colombia, to work under a consultant/contractor agreement with our Canadian company. This is a 100% remote position. The specialist will be responsible for: - Managing a portfolio of global clients and supporting them in the implementation and ongoing use of the ELL platform. - Onboarding new clients and providing continuous training on new products and features. - Creating and maintaining client-facing support materials, such as presentations, guides, and videos. - Responding to client requests through the ELL service desk, while collaborating with internal teams such as IT, Product, and Marketing. - Championing client success by building strong relationships and ensuring a high-quality experience with our suite of products. - Managing client data and reporting using Excel and internal tools, and supporting internal or client-facing updates using PowerPoint presentations. Qualifications: - Degree in Language Education or a related field. - 2+ years of experience coordinating or delivering language learning programs at educational institutions. - 2+ years of B2B SaaS customer service experience, supporting post-sales activities. - Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required. - Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and internal tools for reporting and client communications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
