Job Title: Cybersecurity Operations Lead We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity operations lead to support our Security Operations Center (SOC). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the effective detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity threats in real-time. This role is critical in maintaining our cyber defense posture worldwide. You will assist the Cyberdefense Manager in overseeing the SOC team, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity services. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement security operations center solutions across different countries and regions. - Monitor and maintain SOC infrastructure and tools. - Investigate and coordinate the response to security incidents. - Collaborate with IT and security teams to optimize SOC processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures. - Conduct research on SOC best practices and emerging technologies. - Provide technical support and guidance on SOC initiatives to the operations team. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent preferred. - 5-8 years of experience in security operations or cybersecurity engineering. - Experience leading cybersecurity projects and coordinating with international stakeholders. - Skills working with SIEM tools such as Splunk or Qradar. - Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
