Job Description - Billing Coordinator (HOT0BOCO) Job Number: HOT0BOCO Work Location: Hilton Bogota Corferias, Avenida El Dorado, Calle 26, Corferias 1629 A Billing Coordinator will assist in the audit and closing of groups and events within the hotel, identifying discrepancies between contracts, addendums, banquet checks, and resolving them with the relevant departments. The role involves ensuring that each group is closed and delivered to the financial department. What will I be doing? As a Billing Coordinator, you will support the successful closing of groups and events to meet room night and occupancy targets as per the annual budget. You will support the operation and administration of all groups, performing tasks such as: Adhering to yield policies to maximize revenueCollaborating with Sales and Events Teams to optimize corporate and group ratesImplementing reservation procedures to maximize conversion ratesDeveloping team members and fostering a culture of high service and billing standardsBuilding strong relationships with clients and team members to understand and meet their needsParticipating in operational meetings to stay informed of group details for billingWhat are we looking for?
