As an SDR, you will be one of the first five hires in our rapidly-growing team in Colombia. You will also be part of a larger international team of around 60 people (more than 15 nationalities). Your goal will be to generate pipe by focusing on outreach, prospecting and lead qualification. As a hunter, you will push hard to help the Sales department meet the MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) objectives. You will report directly to and be mentored by our Country Manager in Colombia. Key Responsibilities: Generate opportunities through different outbound channels: Schedule initial prospecting meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, email & different channels. Prospect companies & identify new leads: Research and evaluate additional leads/prospects through creative research (web, databases, calls, LinkedIn, partners, etc). Support the sales process until closing: Help the account executive progress leads through sales process and close clients (i.e. defining game plan, following up, scheduling 2nd meetings, etc). Prioritize clients and define approach mechanism: Prioritize prospects based on fit and chances of buying; define best outreach strategies in each case. Present our value proposition & product to potential customers: Know our product inside out and be able to present our value proposition to potential customers. Prepare reports of your activity and keep track of your progress: Weekly and monthly reports to keep track of your opportunities’ progress and the sales pipeline. Spanish speaking ability and legal right to work in Colombia. A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to do whatever it takes to bring Payflow to the next level.
