You will play a key role in ensuring data availability, accuracy, and reliability across the organization to enable data-driven decision-making—including data migration and report development. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS and Talend . Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for both structured and semi-structured data. Implement data ingestion from various sources into Snowflake and other platforms. Write complex SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and reporting. Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards based on analytical needs. Execute data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with data scientists , analysts , and business stakeholders to understand requirements. Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance and reliability issues. Ensure data quality , governance, and compliance standards are upheld. Document data flows and maintain technical specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics development . Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases . Practical experience with ETL tools like SSIS and Talend . Proven experience building data ingestion workflows . Working knowledge of Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms . Experience creating reports using Power BI, Tableau , or similar tools. Solid track record in data migration projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP . Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow , Apache NiFi ). Exposure to big data technologies like Apache Spark or Kafka . Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data tasks. Understanding of data governance and security best practices .
