We’re seeking a dynamic Total Rewards Lead Analyst to join our Compensation Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you’ll lead and collaborate on major global initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of compensation processes and programs across our organization. Key Responsibilities: * Lead or participate in critical global projects, including Year-end Compensation Planning, working across functions such as Customer Service, HRIS, Contact Center, Talent, Compensation Operations, PxOps, and Communications. * Lead year-round processes in partnership ensuring compliance with policies, program requirements, and service level agreements. * Own the LTI (Long-Term Incentive) Choice Program, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize program efficiency. * Recommend and operationalize standard methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives within a highly matrixed environment involving Global Services, Corporate Services, and third-party vendors. * Drive key processes such as LTI/STI (Short-Term Incentive) analysis and Inspire Award administration. * Develop, update, and maintain global compensation tools and documentation regularly. * Handle day-to-day tasks, initiatives, and projects independently, escalating issues where necessary. * Support the Global Operations team in delivering short, medium, and long-term cross-functional projects.
