Overview The People Operations and Insights team is looking for an Analyst, Benefits Delivery, to support benefits and wellbeing programs for global programs and other regional benefits, as assigned. This role is responsible for operational and administrative aspects of our benefits programs. The person in this role will partner with relevant stakeholders, including the Benefits COE, GBSC (Global Shared Services Center), Payroll, TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), P&C; (People & Capability) technology, and other groups to ensure programs are delivered accurately and on time. Role Global benefits: Coordinate contract renewals with global benefits suppliers in collaboration with the Global Consultant, Sourcing, and the GBSC, including validation and submission of accurate census data. Support administration of the international expatriate benefits plan by testing and validating Open Enrollment (OE) systems and eligibility data, distributing OE communications, and responding to employee inquiries promptly and professionally. Review and reconcile monthly and annual vendor invoices; partner with internal finance teams to manage purchase orders and ensure timely, accurate payments across global programs. Manage benefits eligibility verification requests and fulfill ad-hoc reporting needs to support compliance, audits, and internal data requests. Oversee bulk uploads, custom data imports, and special program coordination for the global recognition platform, including monitoring spend accounts. Support special projects as assigned. Region benefits: Ensure successful day-to-day operations of all benefits programs including health, dental, vision, AD&D;, life insurance, travel accident, retirement plans, etc., including open enrollment, renewals, and administration. Manage benefits vendors, including performance monitoring, onboarding, and third-party risk management. Ensure local programs are implemented and partner with HRBPs and GBSC-HR on ongoing administration and delivery. Provide analytical support on Mastercard's Benefits Delivery projects, programs, and ad hoc requests for the Europe Region. Support rollout and cyclical benefits communications, including drafting and editing communications. Mediate claims between vendors and employees and escalate issues as appropriate. Region & Global benefits: Maintain and update the intranet site, People Place, with current information to enhance employee awareness and engagement. Respond to employee inquiries escalated from Mastercard's GBSC in an effective, clear, and kind manner. Escalate complex cases through supplier channels and resolve file errors in coordination with support teams. All About You Experience with benefits operations/delivery, including management of third-party providers and contracts. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, HRIS systems, and benefits databases. Success in handling employee inquiries accurately and timely. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Proven teamwork skills. Ability to review, analyze, and collate benefits data.
