GP Transco Colombia division was recently established as a satellite office to provide direct support to our operations. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the accounting team as a Collections Clerk. ** NOTE: this position is work from the office in Medellin (El Poblado). This is not a remote position. ** **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**: oBilling Dashboard - Checking broker dashboards for rejected BOLs (Load boards: Echo; Coyote; CH Robinson, Hub Group, Mode, Spot, Global Tranz) - Sending messages or calling drivers daily who have not provided bills within 24 hours of the delivery - New Driver list - call and go through BOLs requirements - Assisting drivers with OpenRoad App - Preparing drivers’ list for Mario who are not sending bills on time if needed - Work on missing paperwork (when page missing, bad copies, signature missing) - Answer phone calls **Schedule**: Monday 7:30 am - 5pm Tuesday 7:30 am - 5pm Wednesday 7:30 am - 5pm Thursday 7:30 am - 5pm Friday 7:30 am - 5pm **Salary**: From $2,350,000 per month **Experience**: - accounts receivable: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English at C1 level of better (required)
