Buscamos un Inside Sales Supervisor que lidere equipos de agentes enfocados en ventas telefónicas a restaurantes y comercios en LATAM, con base en Bogotá. Como Parte De Rappi, Serás Responsable De Supervisar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo de Inside Sales Agents. Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs diarios/semanales de llamadas, conversiones y revenue. Implementar procesos de mejora continua en el pipeline de ventas. Monitorear la calidad de las interacciones con clientes y realizar coaching constante. Coordinar con equipos de operaciones, marketing y onboarding para maximizar resultados. Reportar resultados y oportunidades de mejora a la gerencia de Rappi X. Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón? +3 años de experiencia en ventas internas, telesales o call centers. Experiencia previa liderando equipos de ventas. Fuerte orientación a resultados y manejo de KPIs. Capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo. Ideal experiencia en startups, ecommerce o plataformas digitales. Español nativo, inglés es un plus.
