Job Vacancy: Business Development Manager (Feed Additives) - Marketing Role Compensation: Negotiable Workplace: Home base in Bogota Job Description: Customer Development: Seek out customer product and program opportunities in Feed Additives such as vitamins, amino acids, macro elements, etc., including potential customer list; expand new customers, visit customers regularly, establish relationships, conduct business negotiations, and support the achievement of sales targets. Market Research: Responsible for local market research, investigating industry trends, market channels, competitors, and other relevant information. Evaluate New Markets and Products: Develop viable strategies for new products and market opportunities. Other Services: Support sales personnel in local market activities such as customer visits, exhibitions, and overseas assignments of headquarters personnel; responsible for follow-up on payments. Job Requirements: Experience in Feed Additives or animal nutrition REQUIRED . At least 2+ years of marketing or sales experience. Proficiency in English and local language. Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.
