Job Description Transform raw data into meaningful insights for business decision-making. Set up and maintain automated processes for internal reporting and detailed data analysis. Create data warehouse reports, design dashboards, develop visualizations, and track KPIs to monitor performance. Extract, cleanse, modify, and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals. Automate month-end processes and financial reconciliations to streamline reporting and ensure timely submissions. Research and analyze data variances, understand discrepancies, and identify trends. Identify root causes of data integrity issues, resolve them, and ensure report accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with C-suite executives to provide insights and assist strategic decision-making. Maintain data governance standards for data accuracy, security, and integrity. Support the Executive Office during audits with data and reports. Document processes, procedures, and methodologies thoroughly. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams or similar software. Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for dashboards and dataflows. Ability to analyze data, identify error causes, and implement fixes. Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and troubleshooting discrepancies. Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Effective remote or hybrid team collaboration skills. Problem-solving skills to improve data accuracy, processes, and workflows.
