Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Salesforce Field Service Lightning Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience in Field Service Lightning, with the ability to drive the success of Salesforce implementations and deliver outstanding marketing automation strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead business analysis efforts for Salesforce Field Service Lightning projects, gathering and documenting detailed requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and optimize Salesforce functionalities. - Work with project teams to implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Act as key point of contact between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and effective solution delivery. - Guide configuration of Salesforce Field Service Lightning features such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and Dispatcher Console. - Conduct data analysis and assist in data migration strategies. - Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment efforts. - Stay up-to-date with Salesforce and Field Service Lightning product updates, best practices, and industry trends.
