Our Professional Services Teams collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to implement valuable solutions that ensure customer success, drive efficiencies, and promote best practices in spend management. You will work within our top Subject Matter Expert (SME) group and gain exposure to modules in Procure-to-Invoice, Travel & Expense, Supplier Management, and Source to Contracts domains. What You'll Do: Specialize in Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) product deployments, assisting customers in designing, mapping, and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes. Guide large companies in defining procurement processes and goals. Drive successful, on-time implementation solutions, considering Suite Synergy opportunities. Manage and mentor solution architects from both Coupa and partner teams to ensure project success. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. Provide industry best practices and subject matter expertise. Create and improve implementation templates, best practices, and training materials. Travel up to 25% of the time as required. What You Will Bring to Coupa: 6+ years of consulting experience in Procure-to-Invoice, from procurement organizations, consulting firms, or software providers. Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Strong client management skills and experience guiding customers through design processes for successful go-lives. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in prototyping, designing, configuring, and delivering procurement systems. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, quick learner, capable of working independently and managing multiple projects.
