Our strong knowledge of our customers’ financial processes, understanding of their requirements, controls, and business drivers, and a continuous-improvement mindset allow us to deliver consistently high-quality operational results worldwide. **Job profile summary** Provides accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions. Provides analysis to business partners, including: business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations. Participates on cross-functional work teams. **Key Responsibilities**: - Presents monthly financial reports and related analyses. - Reviews account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts. - Monitors the audits, identification and correction of discrepancies and variances in various accounting reports. - Prepares the balance sheet profit and loss statements and consolidated financial statements. - Works directly on and improves complex research and analytical projects. - Reviews monthly closing and provides reporting in a timely and accurate manner. - Analyzes, researches and recommends solutions for complex accounting issues. **Qualifications**: **Qualifications** **Education**: - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting - Advanced degree or professional certifications such as MBA/Master’s, CMA, CPA, etc. is a nice to have. **Experience and Skills**: - A minimum of 3+ years of finance, accounting, finance compliance or related business experience is required - Prior supervisory experience with passion for people management/talent development is a plus. - Expertise on accounting, audit, finance compliance process/cycles knowledge - Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel / Power Point - Upper Intermediate level of written and oral English - Strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, dealing with ambiguity, process-oriented mindset is required
