We are looking for a bold, strategic, and execution-driven Business Development Manager to take full ownership of our Colombia Delivery business. This role is responsible for driving all aspects of growth, performance, partnerships, and local execution. You will be the single point of accountability for Colombia’s delivery market success - working cross-functionally and leading on-the-ground efforts to shape our trajectory in one of the most dynamic markets in LATAM. Note: ONLY CVs in English will be considered What you will do: Growth Strategy Execution: Design and implement local growth strategies including geo-expansion, unit economics management, and vertical launches. Market Development: Drive go-to-market initiatives tailored to Colombia’s context, with full accountability for adoption and ROI. Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage high-impact relationships with local fleets, enterprises, and regulatory stakeholders. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams to localize and pilot initiatives with measurable business impact. Operational Excellence: Proactively monitor KPIs (via SQL/Tableau or similar tools), identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes and performance across the board. Problem-Solving Autonomy: Act decisively in complex, ambiguous environments—navigating competitive, regulatory, or operational roadblocks. Requirements: A resilient self-starter who never looks for excuses and pushes through until the goal is achieved. 6+ years in business development, partnerships, or growth roles (tech, mobility, or logistics preferred). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions (SQL proficiency is a plus). Execution-first mindset: Proven ability to deliver results, not just ideas. High autonomy: Self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
