The Supply Chain Leader in Colombia is responsible for managing and developing the Supply Chain team, ensuring adequate resources, technology, and processes to maintain or gain a leadership market position. The role involves designing strategies and implementing projects to drive efficiencies, support growth, and improve service levels. The leader must promote a culture of care, collaboration, and courage, and drive sustainable value through operational excellence and improvements in the supply chain network. This role is part of the Latin America and Canada (LAC) Supply Chain leadership team and the Colombia leadership team. What will you be doing? Support shipments to meet and exceed sales objectives (20%) Maintain warehouse and distribution costs within budget (20%) Meet and exceed LIFR (line in full rate) objectives (20%) Ensure inventory and loaner accuracy (20%) Optimize inventory levels (20%) Collaborate with regional commercial and operations leadership to translate strategic imperatives into operational projects and initiatives Implement operational improvements and share best practices within the region Lead transformation projects, managing leadership relationships for alignment and successful implementation Build relationships with sales, marketing, and operations to support transformation strategies Ensure effective use of reporting tools and KPIs for decision-making Develop solutions for data collection and competitive intelligence to support stock analysis Manage local warehouse, loaner centers, technical services, and 3PLs What will you need to be successful? Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Business, or Engineering from an accredited university Master's degree or MBA preferred 5+ years of managerial experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Logistics Bilingual in English and Spanish Proven leadership in building high-performance teams Licenses/Certifications: APICS CSCP (desired) LSS Green Belt (desired) You.
