Job Description As a HubSpot Implementer , you will manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs—building workflows, reports, and automations, maintaining data integrity, managing integrations, and providing training and support to ensure teams operate efficiently and the system scales with business needs. Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite term type contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM US EST hours Work setup: Hybrid, Bogotá & Medellín Your Daily Tasks Maintain and optimize the entire HubSpot instance across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs Build and enhance workflows, pipelines, reports, dashboards, custom properties, automations, templates, and sequences Manage user access, onboarding, and offboarding, including permissions and training Develop and deliver live training sessions and create easy-to-follow documentation Provide timely support and troubleshooting for day-to-day user issues Maintain CRM data hygiene and help enforce process compliance across teams Collaborate with Growth Ops and other stakeholders to scope and implement new features Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and stay updated on HubSpot releases Manage integrations and ensure HubSpot works seamlessly with connected tools like ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, Zapier, etc. Keep track of enhancement requests, prioritize by impact, and deliver consistently Requirements The Qualifications We Seek 3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM ( Sales , Marketing , and/or Service Hubs ) Proven ability to build and manage workflows , automations , and reports that support scalable processes Experience delivering onboarding and training to end-users across departments Strong understanding of CRM data structure , best practices , and compliance needs Excellent communicator and problem-solver with high attention to detail HubSpot certifications preferred (e.g., CRM Implementation, Sales Software, Marketing Software) Comfortable working night shift (US hours) and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Full professional proficiency in English What Success Looks Like: A HubSpot setup that runs smoothly, scales easily, and supports the team’s evolving needs Confident, self-sufficient users who know where to seek help—and receive it promptly A CRM environment that is always clean, current, and optimized for sales performance Benefits Exciting Perks Await! 5 days work week Weekends off Indefinite term type contract 20 vacation days in total (5 extra vacation days) Prepaid medicine Fully-customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Direct exposure to our clients Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Prime Office Locations - Bogotá and Medellin Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
