What You'll Bring: MBA degree with global strategy experience or experience with strategy consulting preferred. At least 8 years of general business experience, including strategy development and business planning, with strong facilitation skills. Financial and/or credit industry subject matter expertise or proficiency. Knowledge of the credit reporting industry or international business planning experience. High degree of intellectual curiosity and a successful track record of driving ideas to implementation. Experience collaborating cross-functionally within an organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment. Good project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables. Sound business judgment, excellent problem-solving, and influencing skills. Proficient financial, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts to assess implications and capitalize on opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience providing insightful information to executive teams. Impact You'll Make: The Sr. Manager, Strategy & Planning, will support regional business planning, ongoing activities, strategy development, and identify new go-to-market strategies to grow LATAM business organically. This role reports to the Area Leader, VP of Strategy and Planning, and manages the strategy team. It involves working closely with LATAM executive leadership to develop long-term goals and short-term objectives, supporting regional business plans, tracking competition, and analyzing issues affecting productivity, profitability, and growth. Strategy and Planning: Design and manage the strategic planning process aligned with regional objectives. Facilitate planning sessions, assess best practices, and incorporate creativity into strategy formulation and execution. Conduct ad hoc strategic analysis, gather competitive intelligence, and partner with Finance to integrate business and financial planning, ensuring alignment with P&L and budgets. Research and Analysis: Lead research to inform market entry and expansion opportunities, translating insights into presentations for senior stakeholders. Organic Initiatives: Build relationships with product and industry experts, support business case development, facilitate knowledge transfer, and track progress of regional plans. This is a hybrid position involving both virtual work and in-person presence at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
