The ideal candidate lives in the US, Canada, or Latin America. On a given day, a Technical Architect will: Work with RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, and Analysts to build solutions and impactful technology roadmaps. Serve as a subject matter expert on solutioning, guiding decisions on scalability, trade-offs, and best practices. Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other tools. Design and ensure quality of complex solutions involving integrations and high data impact. Serve as an escalation point for challenging architectural components. Focus on technical architecture, solution architecture, or CPQ. Technical interest, SaaS knowledge, and strong presentation skills. Excellent organization and project management skills.
