The Position We seek an experienced AI Project Manager to join our team. You will collaborate with a product team to build and deliver a product to our clients. Key Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. - Advanced English language proficiency is required. - A four-year college degree is necessary. - Experience in AI-related projects or collaboration with AI development teams is essential. - Strong project management skills, utilizing structured methodologies and tools. - Demonstrated ability to implement essential checkpoints, validating task completion among developers. - Proven experience understanding the development environment and tracking tasks/tickets effectively. - Extensive background in team leadership. - Ability to align project objectives with the organization's overall strategic goals. - Capacity to address new and challenging issues, contributing to knowledge libraries as needed. - Capability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. - Attention to detail. - A positive mindset and proactive attitude. - Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams. - Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. - Ability to take ownership of your work, meeting daily expectations. - Understanding of FullStack's clients' goals and commitment to delivering on commitments made to them. - Consistency in working 40 hours per week.
