Join a fast-growing international team supporting a well-established real estate and hospitality company in Spain. In this remote, full-time role, you’ll manage sales interactions with international clients, conduct immersive property presentations, and guide buyers through the acquisition process. Your mission will be to deliver a high-touch, bilingual experience while driving property sales across European markets. If you're fluent in English and Spanish, confident in virtual presentations, and experienced in real estate, this opportunity offers flexibility, stability, and professional growth. Accountabilities: - Qualify and manage leads interested in residential and investment properties. - Conduct high-quality virtual property tours and immersive 360° presentations. - Develop outbound sales strategies for cold portfolios, identifying prospective buyers. - Provide end-to-end client support throughout the entire purchase process. - Coordinate new property sales with development companies and update CRM systems accurately. - Maintain seamless communication with international clients, particularly in the European market. - Act as a strategic liaison between commercial and legal teams, ensuring clarity in all communications. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales. - Advanced English proficiency (C2 level) and fluent Spanish. - Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm (Spain time), with a 1-hour break. - Strong knowledge of CRM platforms used in real estate. - Skilled in digital tools for virtual sales presentations. - Own a computer, headset, and have a stable 100 Mbps internet connection. - Educational background in commercial or related fields. - Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and persuasion skills. Desirable: experience with international real estate sales, 360° presentation tools, and knowledge of the European property market.
