About the Role As a Remote Admin & Customer Service Assistant, you will be the front line of communication for this busy roofing company. You'll handle a mix of customer service, administrative support, and scheduling duties to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and clarity Conduct detailed call intakes and collect necessary information Schedule roof inspections, service appointments, and follow-ups Prepare and manage digital job files, reports, and documentation Process estimates, invoices, and insurance-related paperwork Maintain and update customer records in the CRM (JobNimbus) Assist with lead generation and follow-up tracking Coordinate communication between field technicians and office staff Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction Support general office tasks as needed
Qualifications Bilingual in English & Spanish (strong verbal and written skills preferred) Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles Confident and clear phone communication style Typing speed test required (WPM benchmark to be confirmed) Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace Experience with CRMs (preferably JobNimbus) and invoicing tools Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote work environment Prior experience in roofing, construction, or field services is a plus
