The Transformation Office Sr. Financial Analyst isresponsible for providing financial insights, reporting, andstrategic analysis to support enterprise-wide transformationinitiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams totrack financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities,and assess the financial impact of transformation projects. Theanalyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, andfinancial modeling to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.Duties/Responsibilities - Financial Planning & Analysis: -Develop and maintain financial models to track the impact oftransformation initiatives. - Conduct variance analysis, identifytrends, and provide recommendations for optimization. - Supportbudgeting and forecasting activities related to transformationprojects. - Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: -Collaborate with business units and project teams to assessfinancial implications of transformation efforts. - Providedata-driven insights to senior leadership to drive decision-making.- Act as a financial advisor for transformation project leads,ensuring cost efficiency and value creation. - PerformanceMonitoring & Reporting: - Develop and maintain dashboards andreports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) oftransformation initiatives. - Ensure timely and accurate financialreporting to leadership and stakeholders. - Monitor cost savingsand efficiency gains, ensuring financial targets are met. - ProcessImprovement & Risk Assessment: - Identify opportunities forprocess automation and efficiency improvements. - Assess financialrisks and recommend mitigation strategies. - Support implementationof financial best practices within the Transformation Office.Qualifications (skills/experience) - Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). -5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or relatedfinance roles. - Strong financial modeling, forecasting, andanalytical skills. - Experience with enterprise transformation,cost reduction, or process improvement initiatives. - Proficiencyin financial software (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) and advancedExcel skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities,with experience partnering with senior leaders. - Ability to workin a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.Benefits Nuvei offers a wide variety of benefits which includeMedical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Paid time Off, Sick Time, 401Kand many other great benefits.
