We are looking to add a new team member to our Sales Finance function and support our rapidly growing company in sizing opportunities, assessing deal performance, leveraging pricing strategy, assisting with the monthly commissions process, and performing a variety of different analyses to drive the business. This position works collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Accounting, Operations and Sales to ensure deals are executed with efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, proactive, and a self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Review and approve estimated deal sizes for new consumption based business. Track deal performance on monthly basis and validate the accuracy of deal estimates. Coordinate with the onboarding team to assess changes to the estimated sizing. Coordinate with the commissions team on adjustments to estimated deal sizing. Analyze and document key revenue metrics. Perform financial analyses to evaluate and optimize opportunity profitability. Building out additional KPI’s and analytics around revenue metrics: CAC. Support Sales teams in processing deal opportunities. Support the commissions team with the planning and monthly payroll processes. Support various ad-hoc Sales Finance analyses and activities. Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders (Legal, Accounting, Operations, Sales) to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure. Assist in building and maintaining effective infrastructure, processes and tools for the Sales Finance team. Requirements: 2-3 years of proven success in Finance, Accounting or a Business Analyst role. Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Finance, Economics, or related field. Highly organized, customer-focused, strong attention to detail. Excellent communicator, problem-solver and project manager. Ability to deliver high-quality work products that are accurate, timely, and insightful. Eager to learn and work through a fast-paced and changing environment. Strong Excel with a desire to grow, experience using Salesforce.
