We are looking for a Planning Assistant to play a keyrole in supporting the efficient achievement of plant schedulingand capacity objectives through the management of technologicaltools, process optimization, and generation of operationalvisibility. Main Responsibilities: - Collaborate with theProduction Scheduler in the execution of schedules and processesaligned with commercial and operational objectives. - Implement andmanage optimization tools, generate reports in BI and Excel, andmaintain dashboards to improve real-time visibility. - Verify theaccuracy of production schedules based on orders and resources,ensuring alignment with ERP systems. - Provide periodic reports onlead times, plant capacity, and production progress, starting withthe Carrollton plant. - Identify scheduling bottlenecks and proposetechnological and organizational improvements together with theProduction Scheduler. Requirements: - Education: Professional -Experience: 1-2 years of experience supporting the achievement ofplant scheduling and capacity objectives through the management oftechnological tools, process optimization, and generation ofoperational visibility.
