In this role, you’ll be able to craft end-to-end experiences for complex enterprise software—translating business goals and user insights into intuitive, seamless design solutions. What you will do The Sr. UX Designer will: Define objectives, scope, and deliverables for UX initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and translating them into actionable product requirements. Conduct behavioral analysis, user requirements analysis, and task analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with design outcomes. Design interaction design concepts, user flows, and detailed designs to address user needs and improve experiences. Test and refine designs through user testing to validate and enhance their effectiveness. Establish and promote best practices and standards to improve the quality of user experience and ensure consistency. Define and track metrics, success criteria, and KPIs to measure UX impact and optimize client experience (CX) analytics. Qualifications A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience. At least 3+ years in product design or UX, including at least 1+ years in client-facing or consulting roles. Proven experience designing complex B2B enterprise/business software across multiple platforms. Familiarity with design best practices, constraints, and limitations for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS). A robust portfolio showcasing the ability to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful user experiences. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Advanced understanding of design methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design principles. We especially welcome candidates with similar roles at professional services firms.
