**Description** Our client is a forward-thinking, growth-oriented healthcare services and technology company that provides state-of-the-art pharmacy solutions. The Release Coordinator will coordinate, monitor, and communicate the Software Releases from inception to completion. **Responsibilities** - Coordinates releases, ensure their initiatives, and quality, and makes sure that all timelines are met. - Coordinates cross-departmental release management activities and deliverables. - Schedule and Facilitate daily/weekly/bi-weekly Scrum meetings/events. - Act as a Single Point Of Contact for multiple teams (3 to 4 teams). - Work in tight collaboration with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, Technical Leads, QA Leads, the Release Management Team, and more. - Supports release execution by monitoring each phase of the release. - Works with remote cross-functional teams to align release schedule and sign off for each release. - Ensures observance of DoD (Definition of done). - Monitors release progress by tracking activity; engaging related parties; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. - Constructs workflow charts and diagrams and documentation using Miro, Confluence, JIRA and other tools. - Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing and improving procedures. - Maintains teams' confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. - Performs periodic reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports. - Assists in the creation of informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant processes trends and opportunities for improvement. **Requirements**: - 2+ years of experience as a Release Coordinator/Release Manager, Scrum Master. - Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. - Ability to lead projects where team members represent multiple levels within the organization. - Detail oriented, analytical; a life-long learner. - Ability to work independently and with others, covering multiple time zones with focus on US Eastern Time Zone (GMT-4). - Extremely organized with strong time-management skills. - Scrum Master & Agile certifications will be a plus. - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level **We offer**: - Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible - A competitive salary and good compensation package - Personalized career growth - Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) - Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing - Education reimbursement - Memorable anniversary presents - Corporate events and team buildings - Other location-specific benefits - not applicable for freelancers
