Content Upload Specialist Location: Remote (LATAM) Monthly Salary: $2,000/month Working Hours: 8am - 5pm CST The Role We’re hiring a Content Upload Specialist to support our daily publishing workflows across WordPress and email platforms. You'll help bring our content to life on-site and via email, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal. Key Responsibilities Upload and format 3-5 editorial pieces per day in WordPress (~20 minutes each) Manage and update affiliate links Format and optimize images for each article Provide email support via platforms like ConvertKit or Substack (preferred, not required) Maintain publishing speed and accuracy within a dynamic editorial workflow What We’re Looking For 1+ year of WordPress experience (non-negotiable) Experience with email platforms such as ConvertKit or Substack (a plus) Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Clear, professional English communication (an accent is okay!)
