Backend Engineer Position The role of Backend Engineer is pivotal in shaping our technology infrastructure. 1. Design and develop high-quality backend services and APIs using Node.js. 2. Contribute to full-stack development efforts, leveraging Java skills when needed, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, implement and manage database solutions using MySQL and MongoDB, integrate and manage middleware solutions including Kafka, and utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy, monitor, and scale applications effectively. Key qualifications include 3+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on Node.js. Additional skills in Java/React JS are a plus. Strong mentorship and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of guiding junior developers, are also essential.
