Position Overview: Will manage HR administrative operations & initiatives that are aligned with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires operational excellence and the ability to manage a diverse range of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations and compliance within Colombia labour legal framework. Key Responsibilities: Talent Management: Lead with corresponding CoEs the onboarding, offboarding, performance management, retention and other company initiatives in employee life cycle. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues based on GENPACT policies and practices. HR Analytics and Reporting: Generate HR metrics and data reports to guide decision-making on key HR trends (Attrition, Engagement, Training) etc. Payroll Support : Support consolidating and reporting payroll incidents Safe and Health Support : Support activities for SST program developing Compliance: Ensure compliance with Colombia labour laws and regulations. Keep abreast of changes in HR legislation and best practices Requisitos Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR Ops, with knowledge of Local Labor Law and Country practices. Proven experience in operations and administrative HR processes and initiatives. Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy. Preferred Skills: Experience in multinational or large-scale companies. MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams. English B1+ is a must. Beneficios Model: Hybrid Duration: 6 months Salary: 5´'500.000 a 6'500.000 COP
