Proven experience in onboarding, hiring, and HR data management . Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety programs, and global HR standards. Proficiency in HR systems and databases . C1-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in vendor and partner management. Strong understanding of organizational roles and HR duties. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Your Daily Tasks Onboarding & Hiring: Manage the end-to-end onboarding and hiring process. Prepare contracts, conduct pre-employment screenings, and verify credentials. Lead orientation sessions and ensure role alignment with company needs. HR Data Management & Analysis: Maintain accurate HR records and update employee data in HR systems. Generate reports on employee metrics, including turnover, compliance, and headcount. Support audit processes by compiling and providing required documentation. Compliance & Administrative Support: Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop, update, and implement internal HR policies. Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries on HR-related matters. Health, Safety & Wellness: Organize safety training sessions and emergency drills. Maintain health and safety logs while reporting workplace incidents. Coordinate medical services and oversee employee wellness programs. Global Partnerships & Vendor Management: Serve as the liaison between the company and global HR partners. Manage contracts and service agreements with external vendors. Ensure the successful execution of global HR initiatives. General HR Support: Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Assist in HR projects focused on improving internal processes. Provide training and mentorship to junior HR staff.
