As our remote HR Manager, your mission is simple: Help us find and keep amazing people across the globe. We’re looking for someone who’s warm, crazy organized, and loves making systems that actually work. You’ll be our first in-house HR hire, owning everything from hiring to onboarding to making sure our team is legally buttoned-up and wildly effective. No red tape. No corporate BS. Just clear, smart people ops built for a high-performing (and fun) remote team. If you love helping people thrive, obsess over processes, and want to be the glue that holds a fast-growing team together, this is your gig.
