Global Pacific Support is in search of an experienced Towing Dispatcher with proficiency in Towbook to enhance our team. As a Towing Dispatcher, you will oversee the dispatching of our towing services, ensuring efficient and timely support for our customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Towbook, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of dispatch operations. Responsibilities: Receive and evaluate incoming requests for towing and roadside assistance via phone and Towbook application Collect essential information including the customer's location, vehicle details, and service requirements Use Towbook to input dispatch information accurately and manage service requests efficiently Dispatch tow trucks and coordinate service personnel based on immediate needs and vehicle availability Monitor dispatched services to ensure prompt responses and issue resolutions Provide regular updates to customers on estimated arrival times and service status Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and dispatch activities in Towbook Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously Collaborate with towing operators and team members to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction Requirements: Previous experience as a dispatcher in towing or roadside assistance industry Hands-on experience with Towbook or similar dispatching software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure and make timely decisions Familiarity with local roads and geographic areas is a plus Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Benefits: Competitive salary, remote position, flexible scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr
