Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team in Bogotá. This role is designed for high-potential individuals with early consulting or client management experience who are looking to combine structured execution with strategic development. Junior Account Managers (JAMs) begin by supporting executional workflows and, over time, are expected to contribute strategic insights and eventually lead smaller accounts under the guidance of a Senior Account Manager (SAM).
