Overview: We are looking for an outstanding HR Business Partner who operates in a strategic and personable manner, playing a crucial role in providing direct support to the Executive Squad, PDMs (People Development Managers), and CI&Ters.; Their mission is to meet the needs and ambitions of their structures, aligning them with the organizational objectives of the Human Resources area (People Area). Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of the areas and teams under their responsibility, understanding their dynamics, needs, and challenges. Act strategically for the Executive Squad, PDMs, and CI&Ters;, providing guidance and support on human resources issues, people management, and professional development. Collaborate in identifying solutions and initiatives that promote the growth and development of individuals and teams. Actively participate in meetings and decision forums, offering relevant insights and contributing to the definition of strategies and goals. Develop and implement programs and actions that strengthen the organizational culture and promote an inclusive and engaging work environment. Monitor and analyze performance indicators and organizational climate, proposing action plans for improvements. Mediate any conflicts and interpersonal challenges, seeking solutions that promote harmony and collaboration among teams. Foster transparent and effective communication between the Executive Squad, PDMs, Career Advisors, and CI&Ters;, ensuring alignment among the parties. Stay updated on trends and best practices in people management and human resources, constantly seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge. Contribute to the creation of a culture of continuous feedback, encouraging professional development and the improvement of employees' technical and behavioral skills. Contribute to the strategy for implementing AI at scale, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions that promote the effective use of AI across all areas of the company, seeking to improve performance and operational efficiency.
