**Retention Specialist (customer service retention)** **Medellin** **Full-time - permanent** **Salary depending on experience** At ttg Talent Solutions we are looking for a **Retention Specialist** to join one of our amazing clients. You will be in charge of providing support to the Commercial Area Management in the Customer Retention and/or Insured area. Achieve a high percentage of insureds who renew their contracts with the company. Negotiate with the insureds and provide them with different alternatives or options within our plans to retain the customer. **Basic Functions**: - Prepare semiannual progress reports on goals, with details of why some insureds chose not to renew, if applicable. - Telemarketing, follow-up, and debt collection. **Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**: - Higher education in Sales, Marketing, or a related degree - English 90% - Experience in Pre-paid Medical Insurance. - Experience in Quality Customer Service. - Knowledge and good use of utilities - Proactivity - Effective Communication, expressing and communicating correctly and clearly orally and in writing. - Ability to work under pressure with closing dates. - Dynamism - Energy. - Ability to work under pressure with closing dates. - Dynamism - Energy. - Ability to handle interpersonal relationships. - Follow oral and written instructions.
