**How will your day be** As a Cost Controller, you will have direct contact with the factory's production processes. Your role will focus on ensuring that the reality of what happens in the factory mirrors what our system reflects. Therefore, you must be in contact with sales, planning, engineering, production, and quality. The factory is not a static entity, which will allow for constant learning. You will need to implement improvements in reporting systems, process improvements, and follow-ups with plant personnel, therefore it is really important for us that you are a proactive person who seeks to improve processes and generate new ways of working. **What is your responsibility** - Ensure the accuracy of criteria and execution of product costs of the plant (i.e., material, labor, factory overhead, etc - Create the Budget and track costs for the Internal Metalworking Supplier - Monitor and update the standard cost compared to the actual cost and the moving average cost of materials - Participate in the annual physical inventory and provide analysis and explanation of fluctuations in inventory balances - Make the monthly and commercial closing activities of the factory and review of materials and labor in each Manufacturing Order - Support the inventory Forecasting activities that you will share within the team to understand the closure of our main KPIs **What are the requirements for the position (Position requirements)** - University Degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar. - More than 2 years of experience in Cost Controlling or factory/cost review and control panels. - Knowledge in platforms for automation of data organization - Desirable knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Alteryx - Advanced English - Intermediate-High Excel - Soft Skills: We expect you to be proactive, enjoy working in a team, and seek continuous improvement. **About the team** As it is a control role, our team is interdisciplinary, where you can interact with different areas that ensure the products we manufacture meet the highest quality standards and within projected costs.
