Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage - Find potential customers (shippers) across the USA and Canada - Find carriers and identify carrier capacity (DAT, Load Link) - Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers - Coordinate, monitor, and track freight shipments from origin to destination - Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or customer concerns - Maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers - Provide reports on activity - Participate in online meetings organized by the Company.
