Environment: Colombian and International Teams Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time About the Role: This role is focused on installing, optimizing, and managing high-leverage ad systems based on proven performance frameworks. It does not involve creative directing or strategy writing. If you enjoy reverse-engineering top campaigns, managing testing systems, and working within proven formulas, this is the role for you. Responsibilities: Conduct the 16-day training sprint and develop all four playbooks. Maintain documentation for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads systems. Assign ad buildout tasks through structured briefs. Build and organize swipe files by hook, format, and platform. Manage campaign setups, launches, budgets, and testing sequences. Track performance data and identify scaling, stopping, or optimizing needs. (eCommerce) Execute ad campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads. Manage creator briefs, product angles, and platform-specific tests. Monitor ROAS, pacing, and ad fatigue. Personal Brands Use YouTube and Meta to grow video views, email lists, and sales. Plan full-funnel performance workflows based on assets. Manage retargeting and lead generation campaigns. Future Clients Apply mentor frameworks across industries for ad execution. Adjust targeting and formats to match brand goals without changing strategy. Maintain discipline in platform execution. Requirements: Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads (including Performance Max). Ability to structure, launch, monitor, and scale ad campaigns. Skill in gathering, tagging, and organizing top-performing ad examples. Capable of writing clear briefs for copy and design based on frameworks. Experience in creating SOPs from learned processes. Experience with A/B testing on variables like hooks, CTAs, formats, and offers. Knowledge of budget and pacing management to prevent overspending or underspending. Ability to analyze data (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS) for performance optimization. Skills: Systems thinker: builds repeatable workflows. Detail-oriented: catches errors early.
