As Controller, you will be responsible for supervising call center agents, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data for process improvement, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling escalated customer inquiries. Requirements to join this team include: At least 6 months of work experience in related roles. Technical or Technological degree. Strong knowledge in the use of Excel, Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI. English B2+/C1 level.
