You’ll own the full sales cycle – from discovery to demo to follow-up to close. This is a client-facing, revenue-driving role. Clear communication, confidence on calls, and a love for closing deals are critical. Why Work With Us? - Work from anywhere - Paid time off (PTO) - Paid vacations - High-performing team (we hire A players only) - Access to $10,000+ worth of training from the best in B2B outbound sales Expected Compensation Range - On-Target Earnings (OTE):$3,500/month - Commission: ~$1,500/month - Clients pay between $3,000–$6,000/month in retainers Your Biggest Priorities Are: - Run discovery and demo callswith inbound leads and warm prospects - Follow up and close new clientsconsistently - Qualify leads and manage a tight pipelineto hit monthly targets - Collaborate with marketing and CS teamsto ensure smooth handoff post-sale Requirements - Experience closing high-ticket or B2B service retainers ($3k+/mo) - Strong objection handling and discovery skills - Track record of hitting quota in a sales role - AvailableMonday to Friday, 8am–4pm PST Bonus if you’ve worked at: - A cold email, lead gen, or growth marketing agency - A high-performance startup or GTM consultancy Role Responsibilities - Own the full sales cycle: discovery → demo / proposal → close - Follow up with warm leads and no-shows using your own CRM process - Run weekly pipeline reviews and forecast upcoming deals - Work closely with client success for smooth onboarding post-sale - Suggest improvements to sales scripts, objection handling, and follow-up strategy - Stay sharp on Cymate’s offer, client results, and positioning Day-To-Day Tasks - Run sales calls (Google Meet) with qualified leads - Reply to DMs, emails, and inbound interest - Send proposals and recap emails after demos - Log notes in our CRM (we keep it simple) - Review sales metrics and improve close rates - Share ideas with the GTM team on messaging & positioning Recruitment Process - Mock Discovery & Demo Call Assessment - Sales Strategy Interview– 60 Minutes - Final Alignment Call– 30 Minute Seniority level - Seniority level Entry level Employment type - Employment type Full-time Job function - Job function Sales and Business Development - Industries Technology, Information and Internet Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Cymate by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Account Executive” roles.
