This role is pivotal in driving growth, improving operational efficiency, expanding market presence, and ensuring the consistent application of branding and quality standards across all customer-facing and logistics functions. This role is pivotal in driving growth, improving operational efficiency, expanding market presence, and ensuring the consistent application of branding and quality standards across all customer-facing and logistics functions. The Head of Sales, Marketing & Distribution will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Market Development - Develop and implement effective sales strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with short-, mid-, and long-term business goals. - Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs. - Identify and acquire new clients to grow the company’s customer base and revenue streams. Distribution & Logistics Optimization - Design, implement, and refine distribution policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and market penetration. - Continuously improve delivery routes and vehicle performance in coordination with logistics and maintenance teams. - Oversee the use, maintenance, and performance reporting of distribution vehicles and merchandising equipment. Customer Relationship Management - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to support their growth and drive customer loyalty. - Promote high standards of customer service across all customer-facing teams. Marketing & Brand Promotion - Plan and execute marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and product line expansions to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. - Ensure compliance with branding standards and food safety regulations across all marketing, distribution, and merchandising channels. Inventory & Demand Planning - Monitor sales trends, seasonal demand, and special events to recommend optimal stock levels and support procurement decisions. - Align inventory strategies with sales and distribution goals to avoid shortages or overstock. Operational Efficiency & Quality Compliance - Design and execute efficient distribution programs while ensuring the proper use of resources across all channels. - Maintain full compliance with internal quality standards and procedures within the sales, marketing, and logistics functions. Team Conduct & Leadership - Lead by example to promote a culture of professionalism, ethical behavior, and accountability across all teams, including sales, merchandising, and maintenance. - Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across departments. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, marketing, and distribution leadership roles. - Strong understanding of logistics, inventory planning, and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. - Knowledge of branding compliance and food safety standards is a plus. Candidate Profile Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field Experience: - Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry Languages: - Fluent in English and Spanish.
